My wife and I would highly recommend HJC if you are selling in the Thames Ditton area. Alex and his team were excellent throughout the whole process, providing sensible advice and guidance through the sales process. Unlike some companies the viewings were always attended by one of the team, not by temps who didn't know the house! Unfortunately the sale took a long time to go through, no reflection on HJC, but throughout Alex kept in contact providing regular updates on progress and going above and beyond chasing up and down the chain to keep things moving in the right direction. We could not have been happier with the service we got from HJC.

As I hoped it was a a joy to purchase a flat with the support of the team at HJC. Even with such a tricky process and some little surprises the level of service provided was exceptional. I had initially been in contact with Suzanne many moons ago when originally attempting to buy a studio flat and more recently when reluctantly selling a house. And, after issues trying to buy flats with other agents it felt like the stars had aligned when the perfect flat came up listed on Zoopla with HJC. I have always valued the teams local knowledge over any other agents, properties are fairly priced and there are no pushy sales tactics even though they were representing the seller it always felt like they were willing to listen and try and support with any potential pitfalls which had been a huge issue with other agents leading to the sales falling through. I was offered great recommendations for local services including conveyancing and even on completion I was offered advice on locksmiths etc. Buying or selling I wouldn't use anyone else.
